zCapital invests responsibly

zCapital has signed the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI). The global investor initiative works to understand the investment implications of environmental, social and governance factors. Signatories are required to report on their responsible investment activities annually.


zCapital promotes sustainable investing

zCapital is a member of Swiss Sustainable Finance (SSF). SSF is an interest group organised as an association which promotes sustainable investment in Switzerland.


zCapital is climate neutral

The Swiss-based myclimate foundation has certified zCapital as a carbon-neutral company. zCapital has calculated all relevant company CO2 emissions in detail and offset them.


zCapital supports transparency in climate reporting

zCapital is a supporter of the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosure (TCFD). TCFD publishes recommendations on how companies can better analyse, assess and make transparent climate change-related risks to their business. zCapital promotes greater transparency in climate reporting.


zCapital donates to society

Ever since inception zCapital has been donating part of the management fee (0.1% of assets under management at zCapital Swiss Small & Mid Cap Fund, A class) to non-profit organizations focusing on children and education. So far, among others, the following organisations have been supported:

Kinderkrebshilfe Schweiz, Laureus-Stiftung, LZ Weihnachtsaktion, Pestalozzi-Stiftung, Right to Play, Schweizer Freunde der SOS-Kinderdörfer, Stiftung Kinderspital Kantha Bopha, Theodora-Stiftung, Swisscontact, Winds of Hope (Bertrand Piccard), Zunzún.


zCapital is committed to the environment

zCapital plants 100 trees per year for every CHF 1 million in the zCapital Swiss ESG Fund. In cooperation with myclimate, it is ensured that the trees are cared for in the long term. The project combines concrete nature and climate protection with the creation of new sources of income for small farmers.
