Dr. Dieter C. Hauser (1955) has been a member of the Board of Directors since zCapital was founded and Chairman since 2018.

Dr. Dieter C. Hauser (1955) is currently a managing partner of icomply Inc., an independent company which he founded in 2000. icomply specialises in consulting services for banks and asset managers on compliance and corporate governance, focusing in particular on areas such as the prevention of money laundering, investor protection, investment banking compliance, cross-border regulation and the development of full-scale compliance programs. Dr. Hauser had previously spent 14 years with one of Switzerland’s largest banks.

Dr. Hauser is a member of the Board of Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (Suisse) SA as chairman of the audit and risk committee.

Dieter C. Hauser, attorney at law, studied law at the University of Zurich, where he graduated and then completed a doctorate (Dr. iur). He is also a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program (SEP). He is married and father of two adult children.
