The zCapital Swiss Dividend Fund and the zCapital Swiss Small & Mid Cap Fund are now classified as “Securities funds” under the Swiss Collective Investment Schemes Act. In addition, the funds have been registered with BaFin for distribution to private and institutional investors in Germany.
