As a shareholder (1.7% of the shares) of Komax Holding AG, zCapital has submitted a proposal for the agenda of the Annual General Meeting on 8 May 2015. We are requesting that the voting rights and registration restrictions be lifted. This restriction on registration constitutes a restriction on voting rights, the most important shareholder right. The proposed abolition should help to strengthen the position of shareholders as owners of the company and attract new groups of shareholders to Komax. This should have a positive effect on the share price.
