After 10 years as Chairman of zCapital AG, Martino P. Bammatter will step down from the Board of Directors. We would like to thank him for his support and valuable contribution since the company's foundation. Dr. Dieter C. Hauser takes over the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since zCapital AG was founded and is currently Vice Chairman.
Carmen Alvarez was newly elected to the Board of Directors. She is an independent consultant in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, start-up financing, strategy and corporate development. Prior to that, she was Head of Business Development and a member of the Executive Board at Oerlikon Surface Solutions. Before that, she worked for more than 20 years in the areas of mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance.
